Gout

What is gout?

Gout is a rheumatoid arthritis that causes inflammation, intense pain, discomfort, and swelling in the affected areas. Gout primarily affects the joints, particularly those of the lower body limbs, such as the toes, heels, ankles, and knees. Gout can cause elbow and wrist inflammation in some people. The disease can also affect skin and soft tissue, such as tendons and muscles, causing them to lose flexibility and elasticity.
