Blood Pressure

What exactly is blood pressure?
The pressure exerted by circulating blood on the walls of the arteries, veins, and chambers of the heart is measured as blood pressure. Blood pressure is measured in terms of systolic and diastolic activity. Systolic activity occurs when the ventricles of the heart contract, whereas diastolic activity occurs when the ventricles relax. It’s perfectly normal to experience anxiety or depression on occasion, especially in response to life’s stresses. When these feelings become prolonged, disproportionate, or obvious for no apparent reason, they must be addressed.
